Shipping & Returns

poptop ships to Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland and most other EU countries. Within Austria, Germany and the Netherlands, furniture such as the desk, chair and toy storage costs €35 to ship and accessories €5 to €10 depending on the item. For other countries the amount can differ; you will see the exact figure in the last step of the order, before you pay.

We also ship to all other EU countries. Shipping costs may vary slightly depending on the country. Your parcel will be delivered to your door by FedEx or GLS. It usually only takes a few days for your parcel to reach you once we have sent it.

For shipping to Switzerland, we pay all customs duties and therefore you will not have to pay any extra costs. However, delivery may take 2-3 working days longer due to import controls.

If you want or need to return your ordered product, we will take care of collecting it again. If you wish to return a product, simply contact info@poptop.shop within 100 days and we will send you a free return label.
